[SIZE=12pt]I have used this camper approximately 12 nights on 4 short road trips--no off highway use, no pets, no smoking, no cooking (Really enjoyed the hot water and the furnace ). Original owner had it one month and never used it (died). The camper looks and is just like new. I am 75 and have not used the unit for 2 years. I made a platform on dolly wheels so I could roll the camper into my garage and it has always been stored inside. Buyer can have platform-- cost me around $300. [/SIZE]
