April 2015 Northeast Georgia, Black Rock Mtn SP view northwest. The high ridge is the Nantahala Range crossing the Georgia/North Carolina border and so part of the southern Appalachian region. The Appalachian Trail winds along the Nantahala Range in this picture and we day hiked this entire AT section.
