The 2020 Voltage is broke!! The living room floor is bowing and the slide out on the right side is ripping up the linoleum. Had the structural engineer come out today at the General RV, said it wasn't anything structural. Got the run around from Service Support.
Yes, agree. Suppose to get a response tomorrow from Keystone. Keystone stated the RV "may" have to come back to the manufacturer, but they won't pay for a hotel or replace the unit. They're so helpful!!
Sully0395: Sorry to hear of your problems. In my experience Keystone/Dutchmen support and approval of warranty work is dismal at the very least. I have several major issues with my trailer and it has taken months to get parts and an appointment to have the repairs done. Still waiting for the appointment which I am told will be in a week or two; hopefully. Good luck with getting Keystone to correct the issues. Sure sounds like a structural issue to me.
We purchased a new Voltage 3970 in October of 2016. The first 6 months we owned it, we only had possession of it for 2 weeks. The other 5 1/2 months, the dealer had it. There were multiple issues, none really major, but they kept saying the factory wasn't sending or parts were wrong, or the service department was backed up....ridiculous!!!!
Dutchmen and Explorer USA in Fort Worth, Texas,
have the WORST customer service on the planet!!!
Contacted the factory numerous times, they were absolutely no help and had no interest in resolving any of the issues. Last summer the seam on my fresh water tank split, as I was filling it. Flooded everything underneath. Took it to an independent RV shop. Got it back in a week! Works great. They even rerouted some of the lines to prevent future issues.
I would never recommend this brand to anyone!
Dutchmen has no customer service. They will not help you. I wish I had done more research before buying my Voltage. I have had problem after problem, major and minor. The extended warranty paid for some of it, but now they refuse to cover anything else. I cannot believe people are still buying Voltages. I cannot imagine that some lawyer hasn't seen the need for a class action lawsuit.
