Were you able to ease the poor guy's confusion, Stew?

I pointed out to the poor fellow that four hours ago and eight miles back he had started the day hiking from Bear Lake.

Hmmm...was he high -- "Dude, where's my lake?"
....or just cartographically-challenged?
