Great urethane caulk
removed all the roof edge screws
a little dome of urethane caulk, replacement bonded washers from Four Wheel
caulked the screws after inspecting the washers and replacing as needed

sealed "extra" holes
Factory mistake? Source of my roof leak?? Left the front roof rack off and sealed the holes.
found two "extra" holes under the end brackets of the front roof rack.......hmmmm??
