- My wife Linda and I are recovering tech professionals. We have been RVing for some 10+ years now. We started with a beat-up Starcraft hybrid that we rehabilitated. We wanted something a bit newer and lighter, so we moved up to an Rpod which took care of us for 6 years and 50,000 miles. Our journeys were becoming longer in duration and distance, so we upgraded to our Escape 5.0.
