Have a set of Goodyear Wrangler Adventurer 245/70/17 on stock F150 wheels (2009-2014), but should fit newer models as well. Used them for one trip to Baja, 4500 miles round trip, otherwise new (60k rating). They are great, no complaints, just a little small for my truck.. Located in...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West 2002 FWC Hawk -- $4999 (Denver) SOLD

Good shape, I would say typical wear and tear for its age icebox (fridge but not sure if it works), sink and water pump, water tank, stove, furnace (can't confirm it this works, have not used) faucet, side bench convertible to bed. Jacks attached, two vents, one powered but not working...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West "Gardner Sta Kool 780" for sealing Hawk roof?

I used Gaco Roof on mine.. I am a roofing contractor and use it on flat roofs regularly, works great, no leaks.. comes with a 50 year warranty on flat roofs so it must be good.. comes in one gallon or 5 gallon buckets.. one was plenty for 2 coats on mine. also used it on the outside of the floor...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Older Grandby “flip down” to “slide out” bed conversion

I used 1 x4 for the wood and it also is supported on the edge of the bed part by about an inch.. also used metal supports under the slide out.. I think i used 1 3/4 or 2 inch screws.. and as many as i could in all metal framing.. I wouldn't change it..it works perfect

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Painting Camper resources

yup.. many ways to do it.. here is colorado with the low humidity you can re_coat pretty quickly if you go light.. advantage of being able to get a lot done quickly.. unless its windy.. that screws it up..

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Installing Lift Assist Shocks on 1989 Granby

FYI.. there are other mounts, some offset, but that gives you an idea.. I used flat one on bottom but need offset ones on the roof.. Its not perfect, the struts make the roof not always come down centered, but just need to shift it slightly sometimes to latch.. Great addition overall, so...
