RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Using existing propane connections for Mr Heater?

I thought the whole point of the propane box being outside was to keep the fumes out. I wouldn't penetrate the box.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Lanterns, flashlights and lighting - post yours

I love my Luci Emrg lights. They are solar lights that are sort of an inflatable pillow. I have the frosted side ones. They have 3 LED lights, that can be on, flashing or red. I keep them on the dashboard while driving, but make sure they are not inflated. As the air in them heats up, it might...

Can you post the timing when you figure it out? That sounds like one of those "bucket list" kinds of things.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West WTW Page loading time

Last night I had several times where it refused to load. Diagnostics said it was fine at my end but not at theirs. But it came back after a few minutes so I didn't worry about it. But they may be having issues.

My husband just completed this mod for me with this part: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-12V-40V-400w-MAX-PWM-controller-DC-Motor-Speed-Control-Switch-/221521117486? It is bigger than the one in the original post which led to some interesting finegaling to get it to fit. But it finally did fit...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West cast iron: avoiding rust

Well done Linda. Since I am the original poster I will say that I swapped out the brand new Lodge pre-seasoned skillet in the Bobcat with an antique Griswold I found at a yard sale. No more problems. The Lodge had the pebbly texture which I thought would be better, but as the above article...

I saw this on CheapRVLiving forum and cracked up. This seems like a little too much weight added to the back. http://www.cheaprvliving.com/forums/attachment.php?aid=8083 Thank you to all you WTWer's for giving me so much "communal wisdom" to rely on. You are the best.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Coming back to truck camper with a couple questions

Not a Dodge, but I had them pull the camera out of the tailgate and mounted it on the bumper. I really wouldn't compromise on interior space just to save a back-up camera. Yes, they are handy, but a Raven is pretty small.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West post a *PIC* of your latest purchase (can be anything as long as it is for your camper)

Untitled by Sierra Shadow2009, on Flickr I found this in an antiques shop. Hatchet, hammer, pliers, wire strippers, flat head and wrench all in one. The ax is sharp and it is good solid metal that will last a ling time. Not something easily found, but I feel like I scored.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Buying used Hawk - please help us pack for first trip!

Make sure the door is open when you try to lift or lower the top. The air has to be able to move. Many people have horror stories about bending things that shouldn't be bent. I felt mine before I forced it.
