RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Recommendation on DC fridge size

I have a 65L as well and agree that it's too small. Mine is the Isotherm Cruise 65, it fit in the original 3 way opening with no additional cutting. If I were to do it over again I'd go to at least the 85 and would seriously think about the 130.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West What's your favorite camp chair?

has anyone tried the GCI Freestyle Rocker? A friend had one last weekend and it seemed pretty comfortable and well built. Prices seem to be all over the place based on a quick search of the Googles $50-$70/each.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West FWC not permitted at Washington State Park Tent sites

White House Campground in Utah at the start of the hike down the Paria River or the exit from Buckskin Gulch used to be posted as "No Sleeping in Vehicles" there were a couple signs there to that effect. Not sure how strictly it was enforced, didn't stop us from sleeping in the back of the...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West CB Needed?

I keep toying with the idea of a CB. Ham would be better for emergencies if out solo. CB provides the advantage of traffic chatter. in group communication and around here the logging trucks are usually on one of the channels and it is posted on the roads, handy to know if you need to be extra...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Re certifying propane tank (2004 hawk)

I had one done this spring, cost $10 or something like that. Tank needed to be empty or they were going to have to empty it. I had my tank refilled a couple times while on a trip before getting the re-cert done and gas stations never questioned it or looked for a sticker but when I got home it...

Should be able to find some camping up the North or Middle Forks of the Snoqualmie River, they're in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and hopefully void of locked gates :-)

I ordered a set of these this spring and have been happy with them so far. Took a little bit of time to get them dialled in but they are consistent now.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Best place to buy D or E load range tires

Les Schwab and discount are both great to work with. My last set of tires (Cooper S/T MAXX) I bought at a small local tire shop that I've had great results with in the past. I like supporting local when I can and still have the Cooper Warranty should I need it.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Plan to sell off public land

This is going to be interesting for sure and the lawsuits will certainly be filed. Zinkes statement says that there were 76,000 and change comments files but because of the use of aggregators by Patagonia, SUWA and others we know that the true number was well over a million and that the...

What kind of container are you using? I have a NATO style can and it absolutely does not leak. The only opening for the NATO can is for the fill/pour and venting is done through the pour spout.

At one point I thought the top of Monkey Face might be a good place to be but I suspect it will be packed in that small space. Current thinking is eastern Oregon or someplace in Idaho.
