Yes, those plates are on all four eyebolts. Installed by FWC this past April with my new Hawk.

Well, I did a measurement and Overland Hadley is correct. My eyebolt on the camper is 18" from the front and the eyebolt on the truck is 10" from the front of the bed, so an 8" offset. Here are some photos of the eyebolts on the bed.

I have the front dinette and enjoy the larger sleeping area it provides. Yes, the one negative is not having a window to look out during your time at the table unless it's only you and the opposite seat is folded down to see out. Anyone care to post a picture of a Hawk on the 5 1/2' bed F150? I measured and it sticks out about a foot. I'm curious to see how it looks. It's very hard to find the 6' bed trucks where I am. I was out in Nebraska recently for work and there were quite a few on the dealer lots. Not so much...

Thought it was time to update this thread with some real world info. Turned 10k on a 2012 F150 Ecoboost with a fully loaded Hawk (almost all the options). The Hawk was weighed at the factory and I was shocked to find out it weighs 1500 lbs dry! Apparently the options weigh more then we think and...

Let us know what kind of mileage you get. Yes. I did measure the mileage once the Hawk was installed. Starting from Woodland and on to Monterey, Big Sur and cutting across the 46 to the i5 and back home to Orange County, I got 14.5 mpg. Most of the Hwy 1 speeds were below 45 with the curves...

Was that the final weight on yours? If so, that sounds about right. Mine was a little over 1300 dry with the jacks removed. The final weight was 1525# with jacks and all. I'll be removing the jacks during our trips, they tell me about 100#'s off the truck.

I couldn't decide on the location as well, so I had them install two plugs. The back and on top. I will probably keep the panel on the roof but I plan to have a removable mount incase I decide for some reason to move the panel (unlikely).
