RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Dometic RM 2193 problem - flame puffing out around burner

I've had a half dozen propane/AC-DC fridges before I bought an Engel compressor fridge and years before I became an Engel dealer. This is my experience with every single gas absorption (propane) fridge that I've owned. Outside temp 70 fridge works good. Outside temp 80 fridge marginal about 40...

Thx Paul. Good Info. Buddy Teddy, I would bet there are Mason Bees in Sacto. In Sacto as well as many other places bees have been suffering hive loss at alarming rates but here's a good guy to contact for info in Sacramento. BTW fellow WTWers I'll be at ATC around the 5th. Better date info...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Turnbuckle/tie down options?

Per corner gives you a total of 700lbs. Breaking strength is much higher. I wonder what the working load of a eye bolt through ply wood is. It never seems to be the turnbuckles or other attachments that fail. Certainly cheap enough to buy to and test keeping a turnbuckle on hand for backup.

I rarely mention things non camping on WTW. By the Looks of how often this forum is used I'm far from alone. But here's something Pam and I have been doing for a few years. I hate long posts so I'll try to (I said try) to be economical. Pam is a U of A Master Gardener so by osmosis I've...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Will I Miss My ATC Cougar?

I'm hijacking my own thread but this engine is arguably the best most reliable engine GM ever made. Way way way back in the early 60's one of my friends cousin had a shop in Monterey Park, CA (Daleo & Bisetti.). They were very talented and ran a (blown I think) GMC version of this motor in an A...

I'm a little passed it. It's not quit like riding bike. When I visit my Newport Beach family I occasionally take one of the long boards to "old Man's" (appropriate) on the peninsula and make a fool of myself.

Pam and I will be heading back to the 50's the end of Nov. this is our rental car. I haven't smoked tobacco for over 30 years and my alcohol intake is almost non existent but I had spine surgery a week ago so a treat is warranted.

First week of next month I'm delivering a fully turned out Bobcat to a guy that's a legend to me. I learned to surf @ 12. That was 1954. Yeah yeah STFU! While bike racing in 1985 I suffered serious shoulder and arm breaks. This prevented me from ever paddling effectively so I started...

A guy was sitting alone in a restaurant, when he saw a beautiful woman at another table. He sent her a bottle of the most expensive wine on the menu. She sent back a note: “I will not touch a drop of this wine unless you can assure me that you have seven inches in your pants.” He wrote back...

Three old men are talking about their aches, pains and bodily dysfunctions. One 75-year-old man says: "I have this problem. I wake up every morning at 7 a.m. and it takes me 20 minutes to pee." An 80-year-old man says: "My case is worse. I get up at 8 a.m. and I sit there and grunt and groan...
