i like a bunch of their interior ideas. i put my fridge/cooler in a similar sport, but they did a better job :) . and without going to the website, i could not figure out the jacks, or roof lift from video.

look at mule expedition brackets. they attach to jack brackets. i used them for mtg an awning. worked great.

i had tork lifts for the camper, but i found it a challenge to reconnect after removing the camper from the bed, and reinstalling. if the camper was just a little different in placement, i had a heck of a time getting the torklifts to connect.

if/when u go with solar, i suspect it will be able to keep your new batt charged up. i put 200w on the roof, and it kept battery charged, fridge/freezer going, and lights. most campers dont need a lot of electricity.

good luck. i think this site, and crew, is your best bet. i wired up my pop up with with a $900 lithium battery, and all the victron components. i also had the help of a wtw member who drew out my wiring diagram - and then i just followed the map, so to speak. worked great for me, with 200w...

ok. yes, i think that was where we stayed. i could not figure out the no trespassing signs. i took a pic and sent it to umatilla natl forest, but the response i got was not helpful. the road up the north fork is used by the public, and maintained, so i dont think they can restrict access. go

hmmm, i had a little trouble following your route after leaving ritter hot springs. we drove by, and took hwy 15 up to the north fork john day, and found some nice dispersed camping along the river. it was great, but hiking was tuff , as you are down in the canyon and the only way out was up...
