FYI...at least on our '16 Hawk the centered longitudinal board that attaches to the front panels is not supposed to be used to push/lift the front of the top up...the horizontal board across the roof just aft of that 'push/pull' board is where we are supposed to push up to lift the front section...

Page Springs is a great CG...just as you enter to the left side next to creek those front sites have a rock wall next to them just across the stream...look for nesting Great Horned Owls on that wall....early morning and evening listen for their 4 part 'hoots'...beautiful place.

I think I solved my fuel issue for now; we have an '05 Tundra Access Cab, with back seats removed for more room and less weight. A 5.3 gallon Wavian can fits easily behind my passenger seat and is almost abutted to slight rise in back floor. I will wedge one of our Rubbermaid containers we use...
