Can you reach it with a bent coat hanger or something? If you can wiggle it around a bit first, then try to turn on the furnace, it might be enough for it to kick on. You should have some inline circuit breakers (or fuses) going to the ACR at each battery. I use circuit breakers for this reason as you can just press the disconnect button. I would imagine that pulling the ground on the ACR would be enough, but don't have first hand experience doing so...

My only comment would be to ensure there is a similar breaker (I just use regular reset-able circuit breakers) at the Aux battery side if there isn't one already. You want the breaker as close to the battery as possible on both the truck battery and camper battery.
