PaulT, Interesting that the 110L Dometic runs better on a setting of 4. I have one too and I usually run it between 6 and 7 like you did. Is it exactly 4 or a little above or below?

Thanks everybody for the well wishes. I'm starting to get into the groove of not having to get up and go to work. Went on a short trip with the camper earlier this week and it was great not having to worry about hurrying back to work.

I bought my camper 4 years ago so I'd be ready for this day. I just added 2 new solar panels to replace my dead bendable panels so I'm ready to go. Got some longer trips planned already. Looking to do a big trip in the fall but don't know where yet.

My last day at work was yesterday after 32+ years at Boeing. Looking forward to being able to use my camper more often now. Just weird thinking about it.

Has anybody actually ever had their propane stolen or tampered with? I've never heard of it.

I just added struts but I still use the speaker lifter jack. It's definitely easier to lift now, even with the 2 solar panels I added.

Is the King Bed slideout now available with the front dinette, big refrigerator and cassette toilet now? It wasn't back in 2013.

I did figure out how to get the fridge out (there are indeed screws underneath the plastic caps) but I haven't done anything yet as I haven't had much time plus I've been having health issues. I'm going to take my camper off my truck in a few weeks for the winter so I'll work on it next year...

My 2011 Chevy 2500HD with 6.0 gas and 3.73 rear end gets about 13 MPG with the camper on. My camper is a loaded Hawk.

Sorry but I don't mind the sound of rain either. We've went out a couple of nights this year where it rained all night. Some of the best sleep I've had recently.

We use two of the narrow ones. They're 30 inches wide so two of them fit perfectly on the queen size bed in our Hawk. They're definitely very comfortable.

I have one and I've never used it as it's a pain to store and install. Probably the one option I wish I wouldn't have gotten.
