    I don't see why not if you aren't running anything more then a couple of LED lights. It is only rated at 3 amps which is only 36 watts @ 12 volts.

    I would be wary of buying a used one if it doesn't operate properly it can produce carbon monoxide. That being said maybe $25 or so. You can get a new one for about $200
