Hello Four Wheel Camper Owners,
Four Wheel Campers has become aware of a small batch of deadbolt locks from “Shield Security” which may stop functioning properly. These deadbolt locks were mixed in recently with correctly working deadbolt locks, but only for a short period of time.
How to...
That is not a Four Wheel Campers. Older pop-up, wood frame construction, could be one of many different brands back then. Jayco, Texan, Palomino, Northstar, Starcraft, etc.
It has been many years, but I have heard of this once before.
I think it also bent his truck frame. :(
I have also heard customers get mad when shops like this can't or won't put the customers truck on a lift to work on it. I'm sure this is why dealerships are worried about truck campers...
I think our Colorado Dealer will have some Four Wheel Campers on display there.
Looks like a fun event. :)

If you pull the "Ice Box" out (just a few screws), you will probably see 2 wires coiled up in the back of the cabinet (pre-wiring for the 12V connection).
And just on the other side of the Ice Box / Refrigerator cabinet wall there will usually be a 120V house outlet.

I have not seen any aftermarket solutions...

Best NOT to hook up a Project M Topper to the 110/120V in the truck bed.
The Project M Toppers are only set up for 12 volt battery power.

@WjColdWater -- If the camper was originally built for a 2020 Ford F150, you probably won't want to add anything in the truck bed before loading the camper.
The Ford F-150 trucks are usually built with a 2" deeper camper base, to fit the 2" deeper bed that the Ford F-150's have.
