2005 Eagle on a Harbor Freight #62647 single axle trailer

If you don't mind investing a few $$ upfront, I would highly suggest one of the Iron Eagle Trailers. http://www.ironeagletrailers.com/ironeagle/flatbed-trailers/3000/ There is a dealer in Red Bluff, CA We have probably bought 8 - 10 of these trailers for our factory and dealers. Full sized...

2012 Fleet in Gen 1 Tundra bed build-up question?

You are gonna need approx 3” platform And make sure the camper is wide enough for exterior tie downs or the torklift tie downs might rub on the side of your truck.

    FWC - Project M

We’re working on a couple things to help keep the dust out. But we’ll really see how the campers preform once we have 30-40 out on the back roads camping around. The first models we built were OK, but the engineers are working on improving the rear hatch door before full production happens soon.

    Trouble closing camper top

Completely normal. I wouldn’t try and change it. It’s built to be that way. The arch in the roof is beneficial for rain run off and weight carrying capacity.

Replacing the Iota DLS-30 in a 2010 Grandby

I have never seen one go bad before, but not to say it can't happen. Have you checked and replaced the fuse yet ? 99% of the time, the fuse is the problem, if it is not working.

    Clicking sound

Most likely your camper batteries are really really low. Best to plug the camper in overnight. And recharge from shore power. Leaving the master kill switch pulled out (on). Otherwise the camper battery(s) might not recharge on their own.

Infant safe sleeping setup in FWC

We use to have our kids sleep up in the cabover bed area with my wife, and I'd sleep down below on the couch. In the beginning when it was just my daughter, we'd all sleep up in the cabover bed. You can also roll the lower couch/bed only 1/2 way over, and pad some pillows and blankest down...

    Suburban NT-16SE furnace won't ignite

If you are getting fan and getting spark, it will NOT be the sail switch. If you get fan and spark, but no ignition, for some reason you are not getting propane to it. Try pulling off the front cover, finding the small reset switch, and resetting it. That probably won't work, but I always do...

    Tailgate

There is a very good chance that you can mount your Raven Model all the way forward in the new truck bed, and still close the tailgate. (if you wanted to) The Raven Model is only 70" long, plus 2" rubber bumpers. Most 2500 (3/4 ton) trucks have a 76" - 78" truck bed. The rear eye bolt...

Hello! New to Community and looking for a trusted community

To better carry the camper weight ... Most customers are adding a set of the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags to the rear suspension of the truck. And then upgrading to a set of "E Rated Tires" for the truck. There is more you can do, but these 2 items above cover the basics to get you going...

    Battery drain from recharging laptop

My personal opinion ... "Go for it". If you have dual batteries and solar on your camper, I can't see any reason you can't recharge a small laptop battery through a small inverter plugged into the 12v socket in your Fleet. I've never had any problems running tv/dvd players on a small 400watt...
