I've always used my cell phone to look in there for items. Turn on the phone camera, turn on the flashlight feature, and hit video record. Move the phone around in there recording, and then watch the short video clip. Works well. No special snake camera needed.

I don't think we through-bolt the Fiamma awnings on the side of the camper. At least not on a Fleet Shell Model. Probably through-bolted only on our flatbed Models. We just use the aluminum mounting brackets provided by Fiamma, and screw those brackets into the exterior siding / framing on...
