I've never experienced any problems with the wiring plugs on my Super Duty, I would think they would be the same. Is there alot of corrosion or mud on the connectors? Also had no problem when I had my Hawk on a F150 either.

I think AQUASEAL is a good repair for that, I used it for small holes in my Zodiac Boat. I also use it for my waders. Great stuff

I had FWC install a Fiamma Awning on my Hawk. Have been pleased with it's operation, easy and fast to set up. I haven't had any issues with rattles from the awning on rough roads. Had it installed in 2009 and no issues.

I modified my propane tank fitting similar to Craigs, works great for a back up, BBQ hose and lantern hose. I use the 1 lb tanks for propane lanterns, nice and bright. I have been refilling the Coleman tanks, when they start to expand and don't seal, they then see the trash can.

Any water stains on headliner material? Water can leak at the screw down points on the roof skin. I had a small leak from a few, then I resealed all the roof screws.
