No way I'd lock the propane cabinet door and keep emergency people from access to the tanks. If you are worried about theft use a cable lock on the tanks(s). Also not that the door is pretty flimsy to begin with so it would not be very secure even if you had a lock on it.

Sounds tight to me especially if you hit a bump.

The CG in Guadalupe Mountains NP in west Texas literally is a parking lot. Pretty place though.

I like the grillwork better, allows ventilation and I don't have to figure out where to put it since it's always on the door. I think I'll do something similar for the window screen.

I got one of the panels at Home Depot and put it on. It's a little too big but will do fine until I get home.

Sadly I left his nylabone at home. It's not his favorite though, he's more of a free range chewer.

I use bitter apple at home and he has chew toys, I just can't keep an eye on him and drive at the same time. It's a process.

He's not freaking out, just doesn't let things like screens get in his way. In both cases he was just laying there and poked through with a paw. He did get bored when we were driving and chewed up a leash and poop bag holder - hard to keep an eye on him and the road at the same time. [emoji6]

I've got some pet screen at home left over from doing the screen porch and I'm working on training but it will be 3 or more weeks until I am back. Hopefully I won't run out of either patience or Gorilla Tape. [emoji6]

They have switched brands to Isotherm and I understand they are more efficient than Dometic.

My Dometic is vented and I added a second fan and it still sucks power although not as bad as before. I keep the fridge full and the door seal is good so I doubt it will get any better.
