I'm right on the fence here. Will the mounting holes line up with the ones for factory vent? FWC's are all pre-wired for these fans, right? Doubt the mounting holes will line up. That is why I went with a Fantastic Fan, I was able to just replace the guts of the vent, and leave the seal...

I agree, though I'd prefer if it had a heater if I was going to buy it. :) Time for me to lower the price on my 2007 Hawk. Mount a Wave 3 in it and you are good to go. (Well not you, as you need a Raven, but somebody is going to be good to go.)
