In the 35 years I've been building and repairing both ATC and FWC I've never seen or heard of a sideliner being cut or damaged due to vandalism Thanks for the info.

Also, maybe someone associated with Four Wheel or ATC can let us know if they've ever repaired the fabric that was cut during an act of theft or vandalism. That would be interesting to know. Hopefully somebody will chime in.

So if that doesn't describe Hadley, then probably a third-party monitor, such as K6ON describes might be better for you. The Goal Zero Firefly. I have a couple and I highly recommend them. All you need is a 12v plug to usb adaptor, available for a couple dollars from Amazon. Also, I am not worried about running LED lights in the camper. All of the lights on the interior and exterior of my camper are LED.

Thanks for the weigh in. Sounds like you have the extra mystery weight, as most do. Is your Tacoma a TRD? There must be some "options" that add a lot of weight.

I've read about the DIY artic pac and I think I will go that route as well. I was torn about spending the money on the Polar Pack from FWC. But I am really glad that I spent the extra money to get the factory arctic pack.

There is the non-vented catalytic heater you could use with everyone's favorite being the Wave series. x2 on the Wave. Great heater with no battery draw.

Bummer! That is why I park way out in the boonies.
