    Using tent sites

I've seen both tent and 'tent only' sites but even in some of the tent only ones the only restriction was vehicle length. Charlie Sent from my iPhone using Wander The West

    Who has inverters?

I have a 1500w GoPower inverter, 150ah battery and 300w solar. I mainly just use my inverter to run a toaster, though, and the battery charger for my D4s since I haven't found a 12v version of the charger. Charlie Sent from my iPad using Wander The West

Where do you go when you gotta go?

I'm happy with a PETT and wag bags, can even be used inside the camper and folds up small. Charlie Sent from my iPad using Wander The West

    What's your favorite camp chair?

I had one of the GCI Xpress chairs and didn't find it that comfortable, but then it got stolen at a campground near Moab so the comfort problem was solved. ;)

    Question about air compressor

My ARB onboard compressor was slightly cheaper than my 450P, FWIW. For multiple vehicle use the portable makes way more sense of course.

    Question about air compressor

FWIW, I have a 450P and it is a good compressor but it now mostly sits in my garage since I had ARB onboard air installed - primarily for rear lockers but I like it better than the Viair overall as well.

Suggestions needed for Utah exploring from St. George in early October

Around Capitol Reef there is the Cathedral Valley Loop drive which is great and has a nice little campground and also the Burr Trail and Waterpocket Fold area are nice and those areas are not at all crowded like the parks, although the parks are definitely worth seeing. Hard to go wrong no...

Thought on what to do with spare tire space

I thought about putting my ARB onboard air there after I got my Aluminess rear bumper w/spare carrier but then decided to leave it open in case I wanted to carry a 2nd spare at some point.

    Battery replacement and solar comptrollers

When my 15amp Zamp was replaced with a 30amp GoPower controller all they did was pull the fuse between the controller and the batteries and then replace it when done. My work was done inside a shop, though, so no sun on the panels.

Recommendations: NE Oregon to Escalante/GSC Areas

x2 on Hell's Backbone, good food at Escalante Outfitters too. x2 on the Cathedral Valley Loop and campground. Check at the Capitol Reef visitor center about the river crossing, though. Most times it is easy but if it has been raining to might not be worth trying, although you can go in from the...
