Correction. My wife did a crazy fantastic job. I was just along for the ride :) That speed stitcher is a neat tool, felt like a sailor with it.

Drop a few more photos of your lifter in here, and even some more details of the fabrication. I bet this is a much better V2 version of what I did and I will be sure to point others to this design if they are interested.

hahaha, grass is always cleaner. I like the UHMW tape idea. I think i have the same issues around weighted, thermals, etc. Just more tolerances all around would be better.

Yes and yes. love having the drawers. In hindsight, I wish had used just 1 big drawer with proper sliders rather than the small drawers and the poor mans friction slide.

The four wheel camper is a great base camp for those weekday ski days.

Yes on both the butyl tape and calk. You know for some reason down on the bottom seal, where the linear meets the body, mine had no butyl, but that was a 35 year old build, my guess is they have calk and burtle on all seams.

i rebuilt my door. it was not a very difficult project at all. Also try 5 star camper in Colorado, they'll ship.

Wanted to drop in and give a small update on the camper. Use has really gone down since family life, but such is life, not good nor bad. Have been thinking about selling or renting out the camper, figured once I get around to using it a lot again, Ill need something bigger for more kiddos...
