Hey James, Nearly all the framing of my Four Wheel Camper is 1" aluminum tube (sqaure) so that is 25mm for your galactic units. Occasionally in the frame there are double width studs so 1X2" or 25X50mm. Some of those double width studs are just two single ones butted and welded together, others...

Anyone put a Fleet on a Tacoma SR with the smaller motor

My fleet lives on my 4cyl tacoma 2009 access cab. When fully loaded she was a bit dogged but I had full kitchen in mine with water tanks. When it was a shell it was actaully pretty okay, for a 4cyl.

    Propane in Camper

I believe venting is the main issue, all propane tanks have some sort of blow-off or pressure relief valve. This help accommodates for variation in temp and air pressure to ensure the tanks never become over pressurized. PV=nRT from chem class. Although rare, I do believe it is all about...

Replace back door panel on FWC Hawk

I repaired mine, not replaced and made a video about it. Sub in your new panels for my repaired panels and you should be on your way. Mine is ~1984 model for reference, though I would imagine most doors (pre-rounded corners) are all quite new

    84 Fleet - 09 Tacoma - Project

Porter and I have been texting outside of this site as he rebuilds his roof. One questions that cames up was the layering of the roof, canvas, headliner. So I made a quick sketch and figured I would share it here as well. Below is a schematic of how I layered everything. When I had originally...

'81 Grandby on '91 Jeep YJ - New build

Great to hear from you Boonie. Not finishing a project, I don't know anything about that. As my electrical components yet to be installed for 1+ year scream from a dusty corner of the shop :) Glad to hear you are motivated again! Thinking of organizing a Colorado meet up this summer. You...
