    Roll over couch question

Again I wish they would update their site on all the available options and post pix of the rollover couch. I understand they want to sell the more expensive side and front dinettes, but people need to see the rollover couch as well. Plus I didn't know you could get the swivel table instead of...

    Outdoor shower worth it?

I will be receiving my Hawk in exactly two weeks. I got the outdoor shower option but, without the DSI hot water heater because I already have an Eccotemp L5 on demand hot water heater/shower which I plan on adapting to work with the outdoor shower. I will post pictures once I have the two...

    Granville on a F150?

If you're talking about a Grandby I would go with the F250 unless you have an F150 with both the 8' bed and a payload package. I just spent a bunch of extra money attempting to strengthen my F150's suspension. Most 1/2 tons aren't really suitable for carrying a 8' Grandby. My two centavos

    Fishing gear questions?

Well, I went back to Dicks Sporting Goodies today to see if anybody that worked there that could tell me something about the products they were selling and low and behold, no. None of the clerks there had a clue. There were three other gentlemen there whom politely agreed to help me pick out...

Does anybody use skid plate or rock sliders

Do you ever feel the need to add to your vehicles protection like armor / skid plates or rock sliders? I found a website that makes steel and aluminum skid plates for the F150 but I'm wondering if anybody runs with the extra protection? http://www.rcimetalworks.com

East of the Mississippi FWC owners chime in

Hey Adrian, we're glad to have you! I understand the knee thing. I can't hike as far anymore with the lack of a meniscus in both knees. It's one of the reasons I bought my FWC Hawk so I could drive to the middle of nowhere,- everywhere and still be able to camp in comfort, plus enjoy the beauty...

    FWC Off the Book Options

You can get the king slide out if you have the roll over couch. And flush stove and sink mounts. It would've been nice to have the option of ordering just the flush sink. Then the king slide out would've worked for me.

    Fishing gear questions?

Wow, that's a really big fish! I like your pontoon boat too. It looks like you're wearing fins? Is that to help slowly guid the boat without too much disturbance or in case you fall in?

    Fishing gear questions?

I'm hearing lots of high praises about Tenkara, although not cheap, they seem quite effective and easy of use, which did you choose to purchase and why? I'm 6'9" tall so I'm guessing that's an advantage? Should I decide to buy one, should I get a longer or shorter pole?

    Fishing gear questions?

I checked out the Tenkara website and looking at their fly tying kits and some of their poles which some of them said "Not Available In USA" strange for a US company...I guess they're made in Japan?

    Fishing gear questions?

I've always been the minimalist fisherman by just using a drop line hook and Bread or worms. I've had a fair share of good luck with it, but I'd like to learn more about fishing . Mainly freshwater lakes and steams and rivers. I understand a license is required for each state and can be picked...
