I caught up to this family while on the Rings Loop Trail. I thought that I would include this photo to give a reference to the amount of climbing that is required on the trail. They were coming down and I was heading up.

This area is located a short distance from the Hole-In-The-Wall visitors center.

There is a 10 foot section at the end of the slot canyon where you use these rings to climb out. It wasn't to bad of a climb and I have a bad right hip.

The Rings Loop Trail starts at the Hole-in-the-Wall information center. Its a 1.5 mile loop hike that ends up in a slot canyon.
