I wanted to let everyone know this unit does not have a water heater. We planned to install one , but after using it we decided not to. There really was no need. We did just fine without one and didn't want to lose storage. I decided to lower the price to $8000 for the holidays. Ted

The sticker says 1050 lbs including the water and propane. I installed dual batteries, so I would say 1100 lbs. You must live in the area of my daughters from your zip. They live in Provo, be headed back there in 6 weeks. Ted

I conferred with Stan to verify fair price on this. He felt that because it will only fit the longbed, I may have to lower price a little. Also suggested I also put on Craigslist. As of now , I am lowering price to $8500. Also if no takers, I will list on Craigslist this weekend. Thank you Ted
