Looks like that unit has a 3 year warranty. Is your's still under warranty? Send it back, if it is. Even if it's not covered I'd at least call them talk to customer service and see what they can do for you.

I think I've heard that their dad or some other older family member started FWC in Colorado. Looks like they have a very different structural construction of the frame than the way FWC and ATC builds a frame.

Yes, exactly like a FWC. The floor pack is plywood in both ATC & FWC and above that is the aluminium frame. Jeff and Marty, owners of ATC used to work at FWC a long time ago.
