RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Facebook Post Alleging XP Campers, LLC has closed

XP's assets have been purchased by a group of investors who are passionate about rebuilding the XP business, including one or more owners of XP campers. I'm sure more details will be forthcoming.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West XP V1 Winter Travel

We haven't had any problems with ours, but we haven't yet had any need to run it longer than overnight. We like the way the Dual-top varies the output so it is very quiet when the interior temperature is near the set-point, but the output is high when the need for heat is great.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West XP V1 Winter Travel

Does anyone with experience using the XP v1 in winter have any tips/advice that might not be obvious? One issue for us is that we will be leaving the truck parked (1 to 3 days) unattended while ski touring, so we'll have to learn how long the batteries last with the heat running at a low...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New Diesel Trucks and the use of DEF

We'have not had any problems with frozen DEF during our first winter with an F350. Coldest was -19F. At temps around -15F the glow plug light was on for about 4 seconds. I use Power Service all winter. I can't even start our Kubota (Tier 3) in temps like that without the block heater.
