RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Side Led Light Caulk

If you want the lights red, I might recommend putting some taillight repair tape over it. I have used it for other lights in the past. The first piece will make it kind of pink, but retain the brightness. A second layer will make it red, but dimmer.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West FWC Owners Group- Facebook

I have thought about starting a group myself, because the only thing I could find was a east coast owners group, and they wouldn't let me join.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West FWC Fiamma Awning

I would like to get the center strut, but I can't help but think to myself that it's one more thing to pack around, and more time to set up/tear down. the speed snd convenience of the awning vs. using our old ez-up shelter with our old camper is what I like about it

Also be careful with the plastic bracket that the legs pivot/hinge in. I was putting mine away, when I had a leg slip out of my hand causing it to swing out, and snapped that piece in half. I have ordered new ones, but I had to try and fix it for this weekend.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Air bag and tire pressure

Sounds like a good place to start for pressures. (May need 30-40psi loaded) as far as putting a little more air in the bags before loading goes, it's probably so you don't pinch them. probably not needed, but it certainly won't hurt anything

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West double sleeping bag

This something I have been trying to decide on for in the new FWC. our old camper had a nice pillow top mattress that we always left made up, so it was just like being at home. the FWC has the slide and the moving cushions so its just not convenient to try and make it up like a regular bed. so...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Coffee maker?

Dragging out this old coffee thread to share. In my search for an occasional cuo of coffee without shore power (or dragging out the Honda 2000) I was looking for inverters to power my little k-cup type single cup machine. many of you suggested everything in this thread, so in the process of...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Power inverters

I played with some stuff, and in the process of doing some homework I found this little guy at Cabela's https://youtu.be/qABKhFRHQQ4 I figured it will keep me in coffee until I decide what I am doing about an inverter

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Power inverters

So it's just the single cup "pour over" that you are using? For the half dozen times a year i would need it, hey look like they would be worth giving it a shot for how cheap they are.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Power inverters

When we moved out of the 93 Pastime, and into the FWC, we needed to make some room, so o ditched the 12 cup, and we picked up this single serve acok machine, (because they work great). so I just want to be able to run it for 2 or 3 cups without dragging my Honda 2000 or extension cord.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Power inverters

Thanks for the input, that's about what I have been looking at. I have two new agm 12v batts in the camper. and I don't mind starting the pickup to get everything back up to snuff. this is for occasional use only, in a quick overnight, or tailgating situation. I just don't want have to drag...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Power inverters

I did a search on inverters, and ended up here. I would like to get an inverter for my 2017 fleet so I can run a coffee maker (and occasionally a toaster oven) without needing shore power (or my Honda 2000). I figured I should probably be in the 2000 watt area, because my coffee maker says...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Low Cost Mods

I love this thread, because I save everything, and am constantly make whatever I need, out of whatever I have laying around. plus I am all about saving a buck when possible, but more about form follows function. I love this sink plug idea

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Quickpitch Shower

I have seen the video, and I think it's awesome. we currently have a small pop-up shower tent. it sets up easy, but it's a pain in the butt to tear back down, plus it's an awkward size to try and store.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Shower Enclosure

I like it. we have a shower tent, with the bent springy type poles, but it's doesn't fold down very small. I like the idea of something like this that gets more compact when not in use

Airbags are the same as springs. they are both load supporting pieces of the suspension.

Out of curiosity, where did you get them, and how much were they?

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Air bag and tire pressure

There is a chance your shocks are shot. take them off, and check to see if they are still working ok. That's pretty easy, and free. Most importantly, separate the airbags, and go from there.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Air bag and tire pressure

If you separate the airbags, you will find you probably don't need to change anything
