well, it turns out the camper wasn't level. the one corner where the roof stood up, was down about 1-2". It is closing perfectly now. Lesson learned. Thanks for all the feedback, you guys are awesome...

Hi Phil, i didn't have any weight on that rack when i lifted/lowered the roof. And, yes i think it is the factory rack.

Good morning. So, I got the orifice back in. I can light up the burner manually and it stays lit now. When I try to start it from the control panel it won't fire up. I had I run for an hour when it was lit manually, but the fridge won't cool down, and the flame indicator stays on the left side...

I was able to get it out and the burner was pretty plugged up. I'll put it back in tonight and see if that fixes it...

That was the suspicion of my coworker as well. I still want to take out the Orifice and clean it out since it seems dirty.
