got the propane tank cleaned and installed into the propane box. took the face off the cabinet to see if there was room to install a stove, yes, plenty of room for a cook top to be installed.

poking around in the camper today, i pulled the face off the cabinet inside, theres plenty of room for a stove top to be installed, and an easy connection to the propane line. also cleaned and installed the propane tank into the propane box.

I could put it on a trailer and get it to ya.

yeah, they really nailed it on the rebuild, its as nice or nicer than it ever was. im a big dude, and i don't like heights, so being up over the cab would sketch me out, add to that i need to be able to sit up in bed, and its not gonna cut it.

shotgun turnaround yesterday from OC to Sacramento and back, did it in 14.25hrs including the time to load it on the trailer. got it to the shop, dropped the trailer and went home and crashed out. this morning i got it off the trailer, onto the dolly, and washed the bugs off it.

I prefer a vinyl sheet to a plank/tile I used glue down in my last 2 camper vans.

yeah, ATC only uses this stuff, at least they didnt give me an option of smooth siding etc. the only option was with or without a black stripe, and i like the clean white look. i have a friend with a smooth fiberglass sided one, and it is very nice, and another buddy with a raven in bumpy...

I’m in litigation over my current truck and it’s dragging out forever it seems, but eventually I will. I may end up putting it on a trailer temporarily/permanently so I can use it in the meantime. I spec’d a trailer out on Saturday and got a quote, not horrible. Could be cool. We’ll see.

got a text from ATC, the camper is done, just waiting on the bed cushions/covers to be finished. Jeff said it looks "very nice" from my phone/computer and 400 miles away, id say he's right.

Russ, yeah I’m happy the guys up there are taking a short bit outta their day to send me a couple progress pics. I’m not one to call and ask repeatedly how things are going I’m more of an “it’ll be done when it’s done” kinda guy, but seeing the pics of things coming together is very nice...

got a couple more pics from ATC. looks like theyre moving along quite nicely. have the furnace/cabinet in, front and side windows in, re used the front window, new side window (smaller than the old one), front trim on, jack brackets on, and the roof is going on.

Depending on the height of the lip, I think a 6” caster wheel will roll right over anything normal. It rolls very easily with the camper on. I don’t think it’ll be an issue. I have a small bump up into my garage from the driveway, and when it was at work, there’s lumps all over that driveway...
