Thanks guys for the explanation. I bought the hawk a couple days ago so I'm learning! I've never had an Rv with a water system. If I was to use some chlorine to rinse out the system I'd want to open that after to remove the all the water before the refill correct?
What would camper owners think of ordering the Hawk w/o the stove? Do you use it or would a "jet boil" or camp stove be as useful ( coffee, oatmeal ect.) while freeing up counter space?
I have an ARB 50qt hard mounted /hard wired in my Ram truck. It's on 24/7 with no problem with any starting issues as a daily driver. I keep it set at 28 degress and drinks stored in the lower section dont freeze. I also keep greek yogurt in the upper compartment with no issues with spoiling...
