Not sure about the campers, but I am sure they are like the trailer, NICE. The trailers, you can get the winter package, which would be a great option to have.
Hope the repair $ is in range, if not take it back. Ya I know, buyer be ware.
Good luck
If you are in the neighbourhood of hardware/ auto store you have it made. the electrical can be done when you get home, not a issue.
If your buddy has a drill and stuff you can handle it there. take most of a day for a first time round install.
Will need turn buckles, eyebolts and washers, as...
It is worth the wait, should that be the case. Other options, like screen door, led's, etc. can be added at a later date. Extended cab, no add on your stuck with it.
Look into the sites fwc or atc and think of the must have's and go from there. That way anything else is a bonus. Keep in mine...
I have been playing with the montana a couple of times now. Very pleased with the unit. I have the unit sitting in the cup holder and being under tree cover the unit works flawlessly. No need for ext. antenna. Looking at getting the garmin inland lake card for my fishing trips.

Good stuff guys. After more, should say none stop research I have decided on the Garmin 62s @ $400 or the Montana @ $500.
Reason's are I want the unit to have a track feature and just in case I have to walk out, the battery life and waterproof features are a plus.
Either way I will purchase...

White Dog you are correct. Have checked into them and if you want to play with it you need the portible unit. Better unit all round, graphics etc.
The unit to get is the Montana 4" with all the bells and whistle, but at $550 did not need one that bad. If I was leaving the vehicle often then for...

Thks all for the in put. There are so many models I have just about to say hell with it. I have to say that I will use it 90% of the time in the vehicle in the bush, so a nuvi might work out just fine. I did notice the battery life was alot better with the montana but?
Thanks again............

Any of you fine people having input on these would be much app.
