Yep, they do... Most people seem to use them as is and just check them periodically to see if they loosen up. Some have double nutted them or put wire through them etc. to keep them from spinning loose. There is a thread on here somewhere that discusses the different tricks people have come...

Scott, I noticed some of the same phenomenon with my Dodge and the factory suspension. After upgrading to the Lorenz suspension I can go faster than any sane person should over those types of roads w/ or w/o the camper. Kyle
