have a look at some of the new Snugtop models- they have some nice stuff too- they just announced the Outback model which is really nice looking with double doors- I saw one the other day and it is really nice looking
If your insisting on having a van that you can stand up in your probably going to be looking at a tall roof Sprinter. I don't think stealthy boon docking in urban areas would work well with a pop-up roof. I would look at outsidevan to get ideas for layouts and I would think that two roof vents...
it's always better to have more capacity- get the 2500 and avoid having to modify a 1500- keeping everything on the truck stock is always a good idea- just my 2 cents...
Welcome- I might be wrong but that 8 foot long camper for an older tundra is a real unique size - I have seen the Kestral model for 6 foot beds but never seen a 8 foot ranger- seems like a rare size but does look really clean
Ram is now offering the Hemi in 6.4 - I always think it's best to avoid the first year of anything "new", however this might be an option.
I looked close at a few Powerwagons- in fact there have been a few really nice 2012 + 2013 used models for sale here in Reno with around 12K miles on them-...
I would suggest you take that to FWC and perhaps you could have them upgrage you to the composite lift panels as part of the repair- I would guess that "most" RV repair shops don't see very many FWC- good luck- great looking set-up
I would think about alternate water carriers that can feed the 20 gallon tank rather than making the tank larger if FWC won't install a larger one.
Perhaps you could fabricate an aluminum tray that would be the underside of the entire camper so you can take it off and safely walk and use the...
i have done some research on the cell phone boosters and unlike earlier model cell phones newer cell phones with LTE etc don't work with a lot of booster you see for sale these days- if your seriously thinking about a booster and have a LTE phone i suggest doing a lot of research because a lot...
att works better for me in nevada- I tried verizon but had better luck with att- there are areas that one works and the other doesn't but att is much improved now - i can use att in my basement and it gets four bars.
