Sorry not to get back to you till now, air bags under inflated and then bottomed out when you go off a curb or offroad and all the weight goes to that air bag can cause rupture. If you keep enough air in the bag where it won't bottom out you'll be fine. When I'm traveling I run mine at 30lbs...

I have a 05' Eagle and would like to add a over the bed roof vent. Does anyone know if the roofs are framed for two at the factory ? I'm concerned about the roofs integrity and if I were to attempt this myself OR take to someone that might not treat my Eagle with kindness. :)

I lived in LT for 30 years, early on they started giving grief over this, I went Carson city and registered as a rv and didn't have problem, i know several people that register in S. Dakota and have their rv's parked in cali.for years and years. Of course they're gone a lot in the nice weather.

I have Firestone lift on a f-350, never had a problem, however , NEVER let the air drop below 10lbs or your asking for trouble. I don't know the the cost difference, but what does it matter , you just paid a lot of money for your camper , don't skimp now. I would take it back on principle...

I realize this is a very old thread, but, just purchased a new to me 05' Eagle. It has a 8' Fiamma passenger side awning, very nice feature. I would like to make it nice again, decals , remove rust from camper jack mounts etc... any way, I watched a youtube video on the "new" rear awning option...
