I have a FWC Flatbed camper mounted on my 2000 Ford with the 7.3 diesel and I's like to mount a full 34" spare in the stock location. There is enough room under there for the tire, but the exhaust is in the way. I was wondering if anyone has routed a 7.3 exhaust in front of the rear tire...

It looks like there is some surface rust on the bottom and I’ve seen little spots on some of the welds. Nothing has eaten through and the steel is thick so I wouldn’t have any concerns. The truck started life in New Mexico, the Arizona and now S. California so it hasn’t seen road salt, etc.
