Iv'e since gone in and disabled the equalization setting after watching a few videos on YouTube. Looks like it's not good for Lithium batteries. Also dropped the float voltage down to 13.2v. Curious as to which of the settings tells the controller when to begin charging, i.e., at what s.o.c...

I came out this morning and the MPPT was charging. I read about the battery not being discharged enough to trigger the controller to start charging. That must have been what was happening. Thanks for the responses guys.

Took the Hawk down to FWC in Woodland. They checked it out. Turned out to a faulty igniter. Said it was easier for them to just swap out the entire furnace. Everything's working fine now. :-)

Have decide instead to head down to the service dept. at FWC in Woodland. They said they can take a look at it. I'll report back on the outcome.

FWC sent me a new sail switch and a new control board. Neither of those fixed the problem permanently. It worked once after replacing the sail switch and then it did not work. I've removed the duct from the front. I've lit both burners on the stove. I'm going to try and find a repair shop that...

The first task is to install the DC/DC charger. I purchased a SOK 206AH lithium battery. It fits nicely inside the rear battery compartment. The charger is a Victron 12/12-30.
