These are great campers, and getting so hard to find in good shape! We are on our 3rd Eagle (same 2002 Tundra). Love them. We recently paid $16,000 for a super clean 2013 with side dinette. I think your price is fair in this market. Good luck with sale, and hope it finds a good home!

We had fully loaded Eagle, and now a shell. We have realized we preferred the full camper. It’s really a matter of preference.
