I just completed this very same install on my 2016 F150. Large 1/4" plate aluminum...there was enough room on the length of the eye bolts so I also added the FWC smaller aluminum rectangle plate as well for just shy of 1/2" of under bed eye bolt support.

I had a Frontier with a Fleet...the only thing you have to remember is that you have a major load in the back of your truck...which is different than having an empty truck. No amount of "setup" to your rig can change that fact. If you look for trouble you just may find it.

FYI I ran a second antenna cable, original for when the camper is off and one for when the camper is on. I just unplug one cable and plug in the second. The second antenna is mounted in the center of the dash at the base of the windshield and works fine.
