I tried it today at home and it was good! I used a whole wheat tortilla as I am diabetic. subbed in 1.2 jalapeno pepper, a green onion and some chopped up pork chop as I had no ham on hand, Lots of Mexican 4 cheese blend. It is easy enough to make a good breakfast or lunch when camping.

I love cinnamon rolls, but last year I found out I have diabetes, so white flour and sugar are out... I tried making some with WW flour and non-sugar sweetener and they were okay, but not quite as good as sourdoughs c-rolls.
