That looks like it is in great condition. Problem is no water, sink, shower, etc. I am planning on living in it full time, like I did previously and these are necessities.

Not a shell, but one with all the options - sink, 2 burner stove, frig, solar, outdoor shower, furnace, etc.

How much are you asking just for the camper separately - not as a complete package?
