Borrowed Charlie's photo linked above and highlighted the check valve for future reference. It's the brass fitting circled in red. My 2018 Raven has it in the same location.

Charlie nailed it. I pulled the check valve off and the top part had popped off of the valve above the spring so it was stuck closed. For reference, attaching via city water (with a regulator) wouldn't fill the tank either, as that valve wasn't letting anything through. Also, it's a 2018 Raven...

Craig- for reference it's a 2019 Raven with a side rollover couch.

For the brain trust, a Raven roof with two vents measures out at 26" from front vent to front of camper, 28" between vents, and 32" from rear vent to rear of camper.
