We have an XLS 22 MLE & have been using Maguairs gel wash & pure wax for cleaning & waxing. The black trim and front cap seem to have a cloudy finish no matter how long it's buffed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to restore the finish and what to use in the future?

I mistakenly used a silicone lube for slide outs on our Schwintek bedroom slide. And doing some more research it sounds like I should have used a dry lube. Is that something I should go try to wash off, is it a concern? Appreciate any thoughts.
