ok shore current

The refer was not working so the folks at Tigard ,OR, American RV, got new 12v batteries under warranty from 4WC. But something went bad after a brief test running refer on 12v. Now the eletricity works fine from 110 shore and from the truck . But from the batteries only : nada, ZIP! lf...
