orcas timing rubbing beaches

Greetings Does anyone have the general (or specific ! ) timing when visitors can likely see Orcas at Bere Point park opposite Pt McNeil? We have been in the area before but never when they were itchy.....and rubbing on the beaches. Many thanks DavidGraves
