shoulder season

This is our first season with an ATC Bobcat and we'll need to eventually do the winterizing so any links specific to ATC winterizing would be helpful. No hot water heater. We're in the shoulder season and it is supposed to get to 22 F for 2 nights next week and then warm back up to 30-40 night...
